The work we take on

Homeowners come first, and anyone else with a list is welcome. Drywall, doors, cleanup, power washing, light plumbing, carpentry, TV mounts, furniture, and the small jobs that pile up.

  11. Minor maintenance and appliance troubleshooting that is not a licensed trade

Listing shine and sale-prep punch lists are an extra lane, not the lead. So are rental or Airbnb turnover punch lists. Listings and rentals are welcome. They are not the only work we take.

We do not take electrical, HVAC, roofing, or structural work. Light plumbing is the small stuff, not a repipe, and not a plumbing license. We are not a general contractor, a paint company, or a maid service. Locks mean hardware only. No smart locks or Wi-Fi sales.

    We quote the job, not the hour. The drive is part of the quote. No rate table. No online checkout.

    Work the house

    You do not have to be there. Vacant homes and remote owners are welcome.

    Receive the receipt

    You get a receipt of the work that was completed.
